Do you provide Yoga Alliance Certification?
Yes, our 200 hour and 300 hour yoga courses are certified by Yoga Alliance.
Which course should I take?
You can opt for either the 100 hour or 200 hour course if you are a beginner. Opt for the 100 hour course if you have two weeks or less.
The 300 hour course is for intermediate to advanced practitioners.
Can I do a TTC if I am pregnant?
Yes you can. There will be adjustments catering to your situation.
Will my certification be recognized internationally?
Yes, our 200 and 300 HR certifications are internationally recognized and certified by Yoga Alliance, allowing you to teach yoga confidently anywhere in the world.
I'm a beginner. Is this too advanced for me?
Not at all, our training meets you where you are and systematically builds your practice from the ground up.
What about the food? Will I get sick?
Our Ayurvedic meals are freshly prepared, clean, and specifically designed to nourish and balance your body throughout the training.
Can I pay in installments?

Is it safe as a solo female traveler?
Yes. Female-only floor, keycard access, 24/7 woman-led help desk, verified airport pickup, written safety protocol, and a buddy system from day one. 70% of our students are solo women.
How do I book? What about deposits?
